Sapsharks was created with a purpose of making SAP learning simple. People shouldnt have to read a 500 page book or attend a 10 day workshop from 9-5 to learn something. Sapsharks believes in a process to teach anything by providing real life examples and showing the big picture of how things connect to each other and also to zoom in and show how to resolve errors. This VIM training has been prepared after years of real life experience so your VIM learning doesnt have to be a complicated process.
Sapsharks has been in the SAP consulting business for 15 years consulting some of the top Companies like BP, Dr Pepper, Cadbury, Reliance, ENI petroleum, IBM, Sunoco, SM Energy, IQVI, Energy Transfer and more. Sapsharks has mostly got very high billing rates $120+ with contracts that have lasted for years even in a recession and during Covid.
If you want a successful SAP career, there are hundreds of things you could focus on, but at the end of the day, you have to have the right skillset that is in demand.
Your SAP skill matter more than the number of Linkedin connections you have or some course that you take that are not related to your career.
The right SAP skills have the power to skyrocket your SAP career and nothing gets that done better than learning something new which is in demand with less competition.
I have personally implemented SAP in tons of companies, from production support to implementations, enhancement projects, migration of data from one SAP system to another, upgrading SAP to a new version, Implementing S/4 HANA
And Ive interviewed and worked with hundreds of SAP consultants, ranging from newbies to platinum level consultants.
And I realized that the ones who succeed are the ones who specialize in niche areas. They have a skill set that not many others have and they are constantly learning. Keeping this in mind, I have created the ultimate course for learning Vendor Invoice Management(VIM). I was able to create a simple, proven system that gets you to master VIM and acquire skills that companies need.

Interviews for Top Jobs at OpenText
SAP VIM Consultant Interview
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at OpenText (Cork) in Feb 2019
Interview
The “interview” was with three people from their team -the team manager and two guys from the team- and it looked like that they were interviewing somebody to be their flatmate or something like that instead of interviewing a candidate to work in Opentext. One of the interviewers arrived about 30 minutes late and he said he was busy at work (WTF!!), so he asked some questions their colleagues had already asked. They said I could talk in Spanish with the guy that arrived late despite Spanish was not required for the position, was not a plus and the other two interviewers didn’t speak Spanish. Obviously I am Spanish so there is not any reason to check if I speak Spanish, I even studied my B.Eng and M. Eng in Spain. That was something ridiculous. The team manager asked me why I was unemployed for about one year, he said that I was “enjoying the unemployment”. Sorry, but being unemployed is not something to joke about of in a job interview. I even said that I applied for exactly the same position at their company few weeks after becoming unemployed and I was rejected without being called for any interview. They made some questions about how to face customers on the phone or email and asked about my previous positions. At the end they said “if we choose you we’ll call you, otherwise we won’t”. They will never contacted with me anymore, even they did not send an e-mail to let me know they chose another applicant. It looks like they had a friend they wanted to hire or the position was internally assigned but they needed to make a charade to “prove” they were considering some other candidates.Very disrespectful people. Lack of professionalism.
- Why are you unemployed for so long?Did you deal with annoying clients?

Learning VIM doesn’t have to be complicated. You need a step by step method to learn it.
I was in a very similar situation. I had become an expert in FICO and my company started using SAP VIM. VIM was a great module that the business really loved, but it had a lot of customizations in the approval process and other areas. The number of tickets in VIM were really high and I was constantly working late hours trying to figure out the solutions to them. Some of the invoices that were stuck in the system were for millions and got a lot of attention from senior management. I found this to be very challenging where I had to work under pressure from the management on a day to day basis. I had to provided updates about my issues on a daily basis and I wasnt learning fast enough. Since I didnt have access to any training, I had to figure this out on my own. The tickets kept piling and the pressure kept increasing and I knew I had to find a solution. I couldnt keep going like this with the tickets not stopping and the management constantly asking me updates on my tickets. After a lot of searching, I found a course which taught me some basics. It was helpful, but it wasnt enough. I was hoping this would be the answer to my solution, but it wasnt. I realized that there arent a lot of VIM experts out there, so I had to become one. There was no magic pill for me. I basically spend my nights and weekends, reverse engineering and debugging programs to figure out what was happening. I read through hours of boring documentation and then spend months in the sanbox testing various theories. I made some progress, but it was still not enough! I didnt know what to do! Luckily, my company got approval to hire a VIM expert! I was relieved! I didnt have to learn this alone. I could now ask him for help. I kept practicing in the sandbox for months, but this time, it was different. My confidence in VIM was increasing. Any time, I would get stuck in VIM, I could reach out to him and ask any questions. I realized that some of my basics about VIM were really wrong. He showed me how to zoom out and understand the flow of VIM.
Which tables I should look for, which configuration objects are important. He pointed out all the holes in my understanding. I was so happy, feeling relived that I finally understood VIM really well. I continued practicing and resolving issues at my client and kept learning. Soon, I became an expert at VIM. It felt great to push through the struggles and finally master it. I continue working in VIM and have become one of the few experts in this field. I knew there should be a better way to learn this. Not everyone will have the time and patience to spend years in trying to learn something. I started simplifying the process and wrote down the core principles of VIM I created a system on how to become a Guru in VIM I trained a few of my friends and co-workers and I was amazed at how quickly they become really good at VIM. I refined the process and created
