Terrible experience as they give you the run around. Applied to two positions and was invited to a virtual job fair where you talk to department managers where they ask about your background. Only to be told to apply for another Req number, waiting around for over a month and being told to attend another virtual job fair. After the second job fair interview almost another 2 weeks later to be declined. I don’t mind not being offered a position but don’t make your candidates wait around for almost two months to be rejected? Tells a lot about how the company would be working for them and the disorganization.

The interview wasn’t so much an interview as it was just seeing if I was a good match for the team. There were no typical interview questions like “Tell me about a time when…” or “Tell me about a situation and how did you handle it…” It lasted an hour and the manager basically just told me about the department, the team, what programs are used, benefits, and productivity expectations.

I am also highly organized and detail-oriented, which makes me great at following processes and procedures. In my last role, I helped implement new policies and procedures for our department, which made it easier for employees to understand their roles and responsibilities.”

Example: “I would first look at the quality assurance process, including the testing phase, to see if there are any issues with it. If I don’t find anything wrong with the process, then I would contact the client to understand why they keep returning the product for repairs or replacements.
