Executive Director Interview

Interview
The interview process was straight forward and they communicated very well throughout the entire process. The interviewers were all punctual, kind and asked interesting questions. The overall experience matched the organization’s reputation.

Program Specialist Interview
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Rotary in Oct 2021
Interview
I had 3 interviews: 1) a basic, 30-minute HR interview; 2) an hour-long one-on-one interview with the supervisor of the position; and 3) a panel interview- 30 minutes with the team and 30 minutes with the supervisor’s manager. Up until the end, it seemed to be a decent experience. But, after 3 interviews and reaching out to follow-up, Rotary never responded. Very unprofessional and rude to stop communicating with job candidates who have already dedicated a good chunk of their time to the process. It takes 2 minutes to send out an email informing candidates of their status.
