You can submit your resume with the exact requirements listed in the job description then get an email back from someone saying “it was nice talking to you but we’ve decided not to move forward” when they never even gave you the time of day! What a joke. If you’re looking for something and someone has that exact experience maybe consider them or change your job description

I wish they list all the requirements of the job and reject people in the beginning. It is very horrible to make someone do an assessment of something totally different from her background for one week. And even the person tries to answer all the questions correctly but in the interview, you focus only on the two questions that he or she could not answer and dismiss them.

Feeling overwhelmingly happy I thanked him for giving me such a treat.. he just smiled back and said “I am not the one who is giving the treat.. it is ****** company..” The name under the stars is the name of a leading Pharma Company. At that time I am not into the Pharma domain and didnt understand why Pharma companies spent this much in the name of a party. We went inside the hotel and ended up in a big conference hall and obviously, I am looking for some partying.. but inside it is not like how I expected… there was a screen and some presentation was going on… I had a look at it and its about some Ortho related medicine… There were many people sitting in the chairs in front of the screen and listening to that very keenly. My cousin told me that they are his fellow doctors and senior doctors. I sat there for some time watching the screen and later had food and left… Once I joined a Pharma company and while I was learning Veeva CRM.. I came across another CORE Functionality called EVENT MANAGEMENT. I started relating my experience that I had previously with my learning and could see that those parties (what I felt) are actually called EVENTS and the Sales Rep conducts them. That presentation is all about a PRODUCT. Those doctors (HCPs) who came to learn about the Product are ATTENDEES. Since the conference is going on in a costly hotel including food.. obviously some money is involved. It includes Planning the event Inviting the Attendees (HCPs) Budgeting Expecting the expense based on attendees invited (which includes Meal Cost as well) Getting these expenses approved by the higher-level folks Tracking the actual expense based on attendees who attended This tracking is also done on EVENT. This is the tip of the Event-berg. Hope this gives you the basic knowledge of Events. From now on when you speak about Event Management start speaking from this perspective it will surely benefit you…
