OCS BOARD INTERVIEW WHAT TO EXPECT 2022 #Storytime

Interviews for Top Jobs at US Coast Guard

Edit: Thanks to everyone for the advice. To anyone in the future who may be looking at it, my interview focused a lot on questions relating to leadership, and some what would you do questions. There werent many, if any, straight from the O-JAK. Dont be nervous and just try to have a conversation, but be professional.

I have my officers interview for my OCS package coming up soon, and would appreciate any advice. If you were an interviewee, questions that were asked (I have looked at the O-JAK, but this is more if there were things that you didnt expect), best tips, if you were an interviewer, things that you look for, things that work well and impress you and what not to do, or from anyone who has advice or would be familiar. Thanks in advance!
