It was a 3 hour long interview for a technician supervisor position. Meeting the team was nice, however, was the 3 hours necessary? No, it should’ve just been a 1 hour interview between the interviewee and hiring leader. And they only hire internally too.

I learned about the position from a contact who knew the hiring manager. I was fully qualified per the job description, so I applied. The process moved quickly. I had a screening call within a week, and then a remote interview with 6 members of the team about a week after that. The offer came in two weeks after the team interview.
