In the past, Clearlake Waste Solutions utilized a different website for bill pay. Recently, they upgraded to a new improved website to handle payments. The transition has been smooth, but if you used the old system, be aware that you need to pay at the new website from now on.
I was notified by mail about the change. The directions were clear – start paying at the new website URL included in the letter.
The first time I logged into the new website, I was asked to update my payment information and billing address. This took just a couple of minutes. Now my information is ready to go for quick payments.
Multiple Easy Ways to Pay Your Bill
One thing I appreciate about Clearlake Waste Solutions is the flexibility they offer in bill payment options. You can pay by

- Calling by phone to pay
- Visiting their office in person
Paying online is my preferred method. I simply go to candswaste.com/pay-my-bill, enter my account number and zip code, and the website pulls up my balance.
If I’m paying by phone I call their toll-free customer service number at 1-888-718-4888 and follow the prompts.
The office location, open Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm, is convenient for me to stop by on my commute home from work if needed.
No matter which option I choose, making a payment takes just a minute or two.
Helpful Account Management Features
The Clearlake Waste Solutions website offers useful features beyond just bill pay to help me manage my account.
In my account dashboard, I can see my current account balance and payment history. I also have the option to:
- Update my contact information
- Change my billing address
- Set up recurring auto-pay

- Temporarily suspend service during extended vacations
- View my service schedule for holiday weeks
Accessing this information online has been much more convenient than calling customer support each time.
