Online/Mobile Banking: You can make one-time or recurring payments from your Freedom account by using the transfer feature in Online/Mobile Banking. You can also make single or recurring payments from another financial institution using online/mobile banking. Click here for more information on making a transfer from another financial institution.
Automatic Deduction: Set up automated payments from your Freedom Savings or Checking Account through Online/Mobile Banking or contact us for assistance. When you enroll in e-statements and set up automatic payments from a Freedom account, you will receive a 0.25% rate discount on your loan. Contact us to confirm your discount.
Debit Card Payment: You can make your loan payment using a debit card through our online self-service Payment Portal. Payments by debit card can also be processed by calling us at 1-800-440-4120 or visiting any branch location.
Payments from Another Institution: You can set up recurring payments from another financial institution by completing this ACH authorization form,
DO NOT send cash. Include your member and loan number (Refer to your enclosed welcome letter) for processing. Payment must be received by the due date. Allow adequate time for delivery to avoid late charges and additional interest.
Crediting of Payment – Payments received by 5:00 p.m. (EST) on a normal business day are credited on the same date.
In Person: You can make your loan payment using cash, check or debit card by visiting any branch location. Checks and cash are also accepted for loan payments through the night drop.
