Log Into Your Netflix Account

Keeping your payment method updated prevents declined charges that could interrupt your Netflix access.
Pay Your Current Bill
Once your billing details are confirmed, it’s time to pay your monthly Netflix bill. From the billing page, click on “Make a payment”.
A pop-up will appear showing your account email, current balance due, and payment method. Verify the amount owed and use the drop-down to select a different payment method if needed.
Once everything looks correct, click “Pay” to process the charge. This securely charges your payment method on file with Netflix.
Confirm Payment
You’ll instantly receive an on-screen payment confirmation after submitting. Netflix will also email you a billing receipt showing the payment amount and date.
The funds may take 1-2 business days to deduct from your account, depending on your bank/card issuer. But Netflix will apply the payment to your account right away.

Set Up Auto-Pay
For maximum convenience, you can enable auto-pay by toggling “Auto-pay” to ON under your payment method. This automatically charges your card or account each month on your billing date.
