SmartHub Features:

  • Provides 24-hour access to account or accounts.
  • Sends an e-mail notification when a new electric bill is generated. The e-mail includes a link for easy navigation to your billing information. You can use SmartHub to review account information and pay your electric bill, or you may choose to pay in a different manner.
  • Allows you to pay electronically using a Visa, MasterCard or Discover card or an electronic check transaction.
  • Displays posting of payments in real time.
  • Provides current and historical billing information and payment history.
  • Outlines energy usage in graphs.
  • Includes a free app for your smartphone or tablet. Download it by searching for “SmartHub” on either the Apple Store or Android Market. Once the app is open, type in “West Central Cooperative” as the provider. The login information is the same for both the web and mobile app.
  • Allows you to enroll in Paperless Billing.
  • Lets those with multiple accounts pay with a single payment.
  • Provides an easy way to report a power outage. This feature works especially well for members with multiple accounts.

Online Bill Pay with SmartHub

The easiest way to manage your West Central Electric account and pay bills is through SmartHub Available online or via mobile app, SmartHub allows you to

Pay by Phone

In addition to online, West Central Electric members can pay by calling 855-939-3639 to use the automated pay-by-phone system. You will need your 10-digit account number and the amount due.

The system will walk you through step-by-step:

  1. Enter West Central Electric account number
  2. Enter total payment amount due
  3. Select payment method – credit/debit card or checking account
  4. Enter card or bank details
  5. Review payment info and submit

Your payment will be immediately processed. Be sure to have your account number, bill amount, and payment info ready before calling.

Auto Pay for Recurring Payments

For ultimate convenience, enroll in Auto Pay through SmartHub to have your bill paid automatically each month on the due date.

To set up Auto Pay:

  • Log into SmartHub website or app
  • Under Billing & Payments, select Auto Pay Program
  • Accept terms and conditions
  • Enter bank account or credit card info
  • Confirm account to use for payments

Going forward, West Central Electric will withdraw your monthly bill amount on the due date. You’ll receive an email confirmation with payment details.

If you prefer paying by check or money order, you can mail payments to:
