Enter Your Guarantor Information
To pay as a guest, you will need to enter some basic information for identity verification:

Guarantor Name – The name of the person financially responsible for the bill.

Guarantor Number – Found on your printed billing statement.

Date of Birth – The birth date of the person receiving care.
Enter this information accurately and click “Continue” to proceed.
Select Visit to Pay
On the next page, you will see a list of open visits/accounts that have balances due. Select the specific visit or account you want to make a payment towards.
Enter Payment Details
With the correct visit selected, enter your payment details:
- Payment amount
- Card number
- Expiration date
- CVV security code
Double check that all details are entered correctly to avoid payment issues.
Confirm and Submit
Review the payment summary one final time to ensure accuracy. Then check the box to agree to the terms and conditions of the site. Click “Submit Payment” to complete the process.
Get Receipt
Once your payment is processed successfully, you will see a confirmation screen. Be sure to print or save this receipt for your records.
