Pay Online

The easiest and most convenient way to pay your Gulf Coast Electric bill is online through their member portal To pay online, you first need to register for an account on the portal if you don’t already have one.

Visit www.gcec.com and click on “Member Portal Sign-In”. Then click on “Register” and enter your account number, statement ID, and email address. Complete the email verification process.

Once your account is set up, you can log in anytime and click “Make Payment” to pay your bill. You can pay by credit card or electronic transfer from your bank account.

Pay by Phone

To pay by phone, you can call Gulf Coast Electric at (800) 333-9392 and speak to an agent during business hours. They accept American Express, Discover, Visa, and Mastercard over the phone for bill payment.

You’ll just need to provide your account information and card details to process the payment. There are no fees for paying by phone.

Pay by Mail

If you prefer to mail in a payment, first detach the payment stub from your monthly paper bill. Write a check for the balance due, enclose the stub with your check, and mail it in the envelope provided with your bill.

Be sure to mail your payment at least 5-7 days before the due date listed to ensure it arrives on time. Allow 2-3 extra days for processing around holidays.

Pay In-Person

You can also pay your Gulf Coast Electric bill in-person at one of their local offices. They have locations in:
