Transfer of Service – Residential

To transfer service from one Killeen address to another you must come to our office. For same day service you need to be in our office by 12 p.m. After Hours service is available for an additional fee.

The person applying for the transfer of service must be listed on the current account and on the lease or deed for the new address. The primary person currently listed on the account must be on the lease or deed to the new address.

Service can be on at both addresses for up to 7 calendar days. If you require both addresses on for longer than 7 calendar days a second deposit will be required for the new address.

New Account – Commercial

To apply for a new account, you must complete a Commercial Service Application and return it to our office in person or by email with the required documents. For same day service the request must be received by 12:00 p.m. After hours service is available for an additional fee.

One of the following items are needed:

  • Articles of Incorporation
  • Assumed Name Certificate (from Priest Drive Annex)
  • Certificate of Partnership
  • Proof of Ownership

All of the following items are needed:

  • Certificate of Occupancy (from City Hall)
  • Lease or Deed to the property (If you are not the owner, a letter stating that you have authority to open the account written on company letterhead)
  • Photo ID
  • Proof of Tax ID or Social Security Number

Commercial account deposits are based on meter size. You may contact our office at 254-501-7800 or by emailing us to find the correct meter size/deposit information.
