A 2.9% convenience fee applies to credit/debit cards. ACH payments have a 35 cent fee. ECUA does not receive any portion of these fees.

Payments made by 10pm CST will post to your account the next business day. You’ll get a confirmation number immediately.
Paying online through InfoSend is fast, secure, and allows you to view PDFs of your bill and opt-in for email notifications. Just be aware of the convenience fees.
Pay by Phone
You can also pay your ECUA bill easily over the phone by calling 850-512-1548. Have your account number and payment information ready when you call. Phone payments will post to your account the next business day just like online payments.
This is a good option if you prefer talking to a real person or don’t want to pay the online convenience fees. Just keep in mind that ECUA’s call center has limited hours.
Pay by Mail
To pay your ECUA bill by mail, simply send a check or money order along with your payment stub from your paper bill. Do not mail cash. Make sure you allow 3-5 business days for your mailed payment to reach ECUA and post to your account.

ECUA Night Drop Box
The ECUA office also has a 24/7 night drop box where you can leave a check or money order. Do not deposit cash in the night box. Payments left during office hours will post the next business day.
Hancock Whitney Bank Locations
Make a payment on your current ECUA bill at any Hancock Whitney Bank branch in Escambia and Santa Rosa counties. Bring your payment stub. The bank accepts cash, checks, or money orders.
Paying in person ensures your payment gets applied ASAP. Just know the ECUA office and bank branches have limited hours.
Budget Billing Plan
ECUA offers a Budget Billing Plan that lets you pay a similar bill amount each month based on a rolling average. To qualify, you need:
- 12+ months of service history with ECUA
- No late payments in the last 12 months
- Account balance paid in full
