Applied online, First interview 15 minutes with an internal recruiter., Second interview with the hiring manager then the loop which included six back to back video interviews. Internal recruiters host sessions to help you prepare and send info in advance. A written essay is necessary as well. Lots of preparation. They tell you up front that they give you a yes or no decision at the end of the process (one week after your loop interviews) so I was surprised when I never heard from them afterward. I reached out multiple times at the end of the process. Its a lot of work to prepare. A yes or no conversation would have been appreciated but it didn’t happen.
- Questions are focused on Amazons 14 principles and your examples. No discussion about the written assignment at all. Most interviewers asked the same few principle questions.

Long and a bit disorganised. 4 months total. Three telephone interviews plus the whip around with 5 officers. And an essay. The interviewers repeated the leadership principles which meant that I had to give more than one example for each principle. One of interviewers constantly interrupted me while I explained something, which was a bit irritating.There were long periods of lack of communication between interviews. At the end, the HR officer in charge kept pressing me to confirm that I had received something from the interview process after telling me I had not received the job. without giving me any feedback on why, after such a long process, I didn’t make the cut.
