Setting up Automatic Bill Pay is quick and easy. You can do it either online or through the myCricket app.

To set up Automatic Bill Pay online

When Will My Card Be Charged Each Month?

With Automatic Bill Pay, Cricket will charge your card two days before your monthly payment due date.

For example, if your bill is due on the 15th of each month, your card will be charged on the 13th.

If you enroll in Automatic Bill Pay less than 5 days before your due date, you may need to make a one-time manual payment that first month. After that, the Automatic Bill Pay will kick in from then on.

How Do I Update My Payment Method for Automatic Bill Pay?

When the credit or debit card on your Cricket account is nearing expiration, you’ll receive a text notification. To update your payment method:

  1. Go to cricketwireless.com and sign in to your account.
  2. Under “Billing & Payments,” click on “Auto Pay Setup.”
  3. Enter your new credit or debit card information.
  4. Check the box to re-confirm you want Automatic Bill Pay.
  5. Review and agree to the Terms & Conditions again.

The amount won’t change month to month unless you change your Cricket plan or features. Existing credits, charges, or fees will automatically be applied before charging your card.
