How to Set Up Cricket Wireless Automatic Bill Pay

Setting up Automatic Bill Pay is quick and easy. You can do it either online or through the myCricket app.

To set up Automatic Bill Pay online

1. Go to cricketwireless.com and sign in to your account.
2. Under “Billing & Payments,” click on “Auto Pay Setup.”
3. Enter your preferred payment method.
4. Check the box next to “I want to set up Auto Pay.”
5. Review and agree to the Auto Pay Terms & Conditions.
6. You’ll see a confirmation that Auto Pay is now active.

Using the myCricket App

You can also set up Automatic Bill Pay right from your phone:

1. Open the myCricket app and sign in.
2. Enter your preferred payment method.
3. Check the box next to “I want to set up Auto Pay.”

5. You’ll see a confirmation that Auto Pay is now active.

What Payment Methods Can I Use for Automatic Bill Pay?

Cricket accepts major credit and debit cards for Automatic Bill Pay, including:

• Visa
• Mastercard
• Discover
• American Express

Most reloadable prepaid debit cards with a Visa, Mastercard, or American Express logo are also accepted.

At this time, Automatic Bill Pay payments cannot be debited directly from your bank account. Gift cards also cannot be used for Automatic Bill Pay.

When Will My Card Be Charged Each Month?

With Automatic Bill Pay, Cricket will charge your card two days before your monthly payment due date.

For example, if your bill is due on the 15th of each month, your card will be charged on the 13th.

If you enroll in Automatic Bill Pay less than 5 days before your due date, you may need to make a one-time manual payment that first month. After that, the Automatic Bill Pay will kick in from then on.

How Do I Update My Payment Method for Automatic Bill Pay?

When the credit or debit card on your Cricket account is nearing expiration, you’ll receive a text notification. To update your payment method:

1. Go to cricketwireless.com and sign in to your account.
2. Under “Billing & Payments,” click on “Auto Pay Setup.”
3. Enter your new credit or debit card information.
4. Check the box to re-confirm you want Automatic Bill Pay.
5. Review and agree to the Terms & Conditions again.
6. Select “Save Changes.”

You’ll see a confirmation that your new payment method will be used for Automatic Bill Pay at your next billing cycle.

What Charges Can I Expect Each Month with Automatic Bill Pay?

With Automatic Bill Pay, Cricket will charge the full amount due each month, including:

• Your monthly plan cost
• Any added features or services
• Applicable taxes and fees

For accounts with multiple lines, this includes charges for all lines on the account.

The amount won’t change month to month unless you change your Cricket plan or features. Existing credits, charges, or fees will automatically be applied before charging your card.

Automatic Bill Pay makes paying your wireless bill easy and convenient. But if any issues come up, here are some troubleshooting tips:

• Wrong card charged? Double check that the card on file for Automatic Bill Pay matches the one that was charged. If not, log in online to update your payment method.
