Cumberland, Bledsoe, Rhea Roane, Morgan Anderson, Campbell, Scott, and Fentress counties are all in our service area. We have over 100,000 meters across these counties.

Pay by Phone
For quick account access, you can pay over the phone using our automated payment system. To use this system, call 1-833-690-0015.
The automated system is available 24/7. It will guide you through the process of checking your balance and making a payment using your checking account number, savings account number, or credit/debit card.
Your payment will post to your account immediately. The system will provide a confirmation number at the end.
Pay In Person
For those who prefer face-to-face customer service, you can stop by our Crossville district office to make a payment. Our office is located at 120 Volunteer Dr, Crossville, TN 38555.
We accept cash, checks, money orders, and credit/debit cards. When you pay in person, you’ll receive same-day payment credit to your account and a receipt for your records.
Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM.
Pay by Mail
To pay by mail, simply send a check or money order made payable to Vec in the return envelope included with your bill.
Be sure to include the payment stub to credit your account properly. Allow 7-10 days for mail payments to process.

With autopay, you don’t have to worry about late or missed payments. Your payment will deduct on time every month.
To start autopay bank drafts, complete the authorization form on our website or call our office. You will need to provide your Vec account number and bank account details.
PayMyWay Weekly Payment Plan
If you prefer to pay weekly, sign up for our PayMyWay program. This allows you to pay a specified amount each week that is calculated to meet your monthly bill amount.
PayMyWay helps avoid large monthly bills by spreading payments evenly over the month. We automatically draft the weekly payment from your bank account on the same day each week.
You can enroll for this program online through SmartHub or by calling our office. PayMyWay gives you consistent weekly payments for peace of mind.
Drop Box at District Office
For after hours payments, we have a 24/7 drop box located outside our Crossville district office. Place your payment (check, money order, or cash) in an envelope and deposit it in the drop box. Payments are collected daily.
This secure drop box allows you to pay on your schedule, even when our office is closed. Payments put in the drop box before 4:00 PM are credited to your account that day.
PayNearMe Retail Payment Locations
Finally, we make it easy to pay your bill in cash at retail locations near you. We have partnered with PayNearMe, who allows cash payments at participating 7-Eleven, Family Dollar, and CVS pharmacy locations.
Simply bring your Vec bill to the retailer. The store clerk will scan your bill, take your cash payment, and provide a receipt. Your payment posts to your Vec account within one business day.
This gives you the flexibility to pay in cash without traveling to our district office.
