Step 2) If it’s your first time, click “New User” to set up your account
Step 3) Enter your account number, name, email address, and create a password

Step 5) Verify your email address by clicking the link sent to your email

How Do I Pay For Services?
We accept most types of insurance plans, including Medicare, Medicaid, HMOs, PPOs, KidCare, Medikids, Healthy Kids, Children’s Medical Services (CMS), and other plans. Certified Application Counselors are available to assist in finding and enrolling in insurance options through the marketplace.
- Payment is expected on the day services are provided.
- Co-pays or the nominal fees are collected at check-in. There may be extra fees at check-out based on the services you received.
- You are encouraged to apply for our sliding scale program. If eligible, the program may lower costs for people who don’t have health insurance or apply to insurance deductibles and co-insurances.
- We serve all patients regardless of their ability to pay.

How do I pay my Catholic Financial Life bill online?
When you click the “Online Bill Pay” button, you will be taken off of the Catholic Financial Life website and to our DirectBiller payment website. You will find your online login ID and password printed on your premium notice (s). Do you have what you need?.
What is the CHC patient portal used for?
The portal is to be used for obtaining general information about your healthcare. It is not to be used for urgent questions or emergency situations that require contacting your healthcare team. Can I sign my whole family up to be enrolled in the CHC Patient Portal program?.
Does CHC ask for my Password?
CHC will never ask for your password. If someone calls and asks you for it, do not give them your password. In case you forget your password, go to the home page and click on “Login.” From there, you can choose “Forgot Your User ID.” You will be asked to enter your email address and answer the security question you set up when you first made your account.
How are payments accepted?
Payments will be accepted using your personal savings, checking or business checking account. Once logged in, you have the ability to pay on demand or sign up as an enrolled user where you can set up automatic recurring payments.
How do I pay premiums on my Catholic financial life policies?
You now have two options to pay premiums on your Catholic Financial Life policies. You can authorize Catholic Financial Life to automatically debit your account on a predetermined date for your monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual premium notices. You will need to complete this form to choose the account where payment is withdrawn.
