Pay by Phone
For a quick one-time payment, Virgin Mobile customers can call customer service and make a payment via automated phone system.
To pay your Virgin Mobile bill by phone:
- Call Virgin Mobile at 0345 454 1111.
- When prompted by the automated system, select the option to make a payment.
- Enter your Virgin Mobile account number.
- Use the automated system to enter your credit/debit card details and submit payment.
Paying by phone is useful when you just need to make a quick one-time payment. The automated system is easy to use.
Pay at a Retail Location
