Payments will immediately update your Central Electric Power Association account balance. However, please allow up to 24 hours for your payment to post to your financial institution. A confirmation email/text message will be sent upon payment completion.

CEPA is not responsible for cash sent through the mail. Levelized billing allows you to avoid the ups and downs of seasonal electricity bills. The amount you pay each month is based on your 12-month average electricity use, keeping your monthly payment about the same from month to month. Residential member account must be in good standing.
