1 – Aptitude test Avaya had own platform for Aptitude test. It had 50 mcqs – 25 questions in technical and 25 in non technical section. MCQs were mainly based on basic maths, logic, computer science, c++ concepts. Time duration was 1 hr. Questions were easy. 16 people were shortlisted for interview.

3 – Tech interview 2 They asked me which language I am comfortable with.I chose java . Questions were as follows:-

4 – HR interview General Questions on family background, extra curricular activities, why Avaya?,what are your future plans?

Interview

Day 1 – Mail from HR asking for timeslot for the position I applied via Company website. Replied same day with 3 timeslots for the next few days.Day 3 – Sent a reminder to confirm one of the timeslots, but no reply.Day 8 – Sent another reminder asking if they are considering me. Someone from hiring team responded with a new timeslot, which I acceptedDay 12 – Interview with Senior Manager. Sent a thank you mail and the person responded with positive feedback and said will move fwd.Day 14 – Sent a follow-up mail to HR but no response.Day 22 – Got mail asking for more timeslots for the next level, which I replied the next day.Day 28 – Interview with 2 Senior ManagersDay 34 – Sent a follow-up mail to HR asking if they are proceeding.Day 35 – Go reply from hiring team asking for timeslot for next level, which I replied the same day.Day 40 – Interview with their Organization leader.Day 43 – Sent a follow-up mail asking if they are proceeding.Day 49 – First mail from HR after the initial contact introducing to hiring manager and said he will setup another round of interview.Day 53 – Sent a follow-up mail.Day 55 – Got mail from hiring manager asking if I’ll be available to talk the same day, which I agreed.Day 61 – Sent a follow-up mail asking if they are proceeding, no reply.Day 67 – I see that their website is updated saying they are not proceeding with me. No mails.

there was 1 and 1/2 hrs aptitude round which contains 3 sections aptitude, technical and coding round. After that there are 2 rounds technical and hr interview . In technical they asked questions on DBMS, CN ,C,C++ ques and DSA
