Payment Processing

Disconnection and Reconnection

Reconnection fees apply – $25 during regular hours or $65 after hours, in addition to the past due balance. Online payments can only be made when your account is in good standing.

With Automated Meter Reading (AMR) and leak detection technology, Butler Water employees will be able to safely and accurately read meters from a distance using wireless signals. The new technology accurately and safely records the same data as the meters that were read by hand, but it does it faster and better.
