Once logged in, you can view your current balance and usage details. Then just select “Make Payment” and choose your payment method We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and payments directly from your checking account

To get started, simply login to your online account and click on “Automatic Payments” on the payment center page. From there, enter your bank account information. You can choose to pay the full balance or a fixed amount each month.

On your bill due date every month, CNG will automatically withdraw the payment from your bank account. You don’t have to remember to login and manually make the payment yourself.

The automatic payment plan is free, easy to set up, and ensures your bill is paid on time every month. You’ll never face a late fee again! It provides reliable, hassle-free bill payment.

Paymentus

Cascade Natural Gas offers a pay-by-phone option through our partnership with Paymentus. To use this service, simply call 833-425-1694 anytime and follow the prompts.

You can pay with all major credit cards, debit cards, or by electronic check. There is a small $1.89 transaction fee per payment.

Paymentus also allows online bill pay through their website. Just have your Cascade Natural Gas account number handy when you call or login online. The payment will be processed the next business day.

Western Union

To pay your natural gas bill in cash, Western Union is a convenient option. Visit any nearby Western Union location or retailer in the Convenience Pay network.

There is no charge to pay your Cascade Natural Gas bill through Western Union. Just bring your most recent bill with you to the location. The clerk will take your cash payment and instantly credit your CNG account.

Western Union makes in-person bill payment quick and easy. It’s a great alternative if you prefer to pay with cash.

Mail In Your Payment

Cascade Natural Gas still accepts bill payments through the mail. Simply write your account number on your check or money order payable to Cascade Natural Gas. Send your payment stub along with the check in the return envelope provided with your bill.

Keep in mind it takes 5-7 business days for a mailed payment to reach our processing center. Pay online or use automatic payments for the fastest processing.

Drop Off Your Payment

If you prefer to hand deliver your payment, you can drop it off at our local Cascade Natural Gas offices during business hours. This ensures same or next day processing if the payment is received before 2pm.

Look on your monthly bill for your closest CNG payment center address. After dropping off your check or money order, be sure to call 888-522-1130 to confirm they received the payment. This prevents your account from being disconnected for non-payment.

Budget Payment Plan

CNG offers a budget payment plan to make your gas bill more predictable each month. This program averages out your payments over a 12 month period.

Your payment stays the same every month based on your previous usage history. This prevents your bill from fluctuating wildly in the winter and summer.

To enroll, simply call Cascade Natural Gas at 888-522-1130. A customer service representative will help you calculate the right monthly budget payment amount. They’ll explain how the program works in more detail.

The budget plan runs annually from October through September. At the end of the 12 month cycle, your account is reconciled based on your actual gas usage.
