Senior Scientist Interview
I applied online. I interviewed at Catalent Pharma in Aug 2022
Interview
Had a phone interview with the recruiter, and then a video call with the hiring manager. I was told that the position wasn’t technically open (by the hiring manager) and that I would have to wait to come onsite for an interview, but that they would contact me when it did open up. I waited 2 months, and watched the same job get posted over and over again. Never heard anything from either the hiring manager or the recruiter – I looked online to check my application status and my application online was withdrawn. I thought the whole experience was extremely unprofessional and a complete waste of my time.

No, but takes a good 2 months super long process of headaches. They have a background company but that background company will make you do their job i can promise you that and many others would say the same.
