How do I pay my utility bill?
The department has an easy-to-reach drop box in the alley at the back of the building and a cashier window on the first floor of City Hall where you can pay your bills. Customers may also pay with Mastercard and/or Visa at the window or by activating their online utility account.

Blackwell Treatment Facilities maintains the City’s water and wastewater facilities. The department provides proper maintenance of water storage facilities and all wastewater issues.
