If you are paying your water bill after 4:30 on the LAST Business day before shut off, you will need to add the $40 to your bill to avoid your water being shut off. If you do not pay the entire amount + the $40 fee your water will be shut off.

Credit, debit, and prepaid cards are accepted. Allpaid charges a convenience fee based on the amount of your bill. They also offer the convenience of calling in your payment to 1-888-604-7888. You may use our drop box on the West side of City Hall near the drive-up window, 24/7. The box is secure with payments coming right inside the building. If paying with cash, please use and envelope and write your name, address, and amount on the outside.
