City Hall is in downtown Lincoln at 600 Sixth Street. Our counter hours are Monday – Friday 9am – 3pm. We are happy to let our residents, businesses, and visitors use our online government services 24 hours a day, seven days a week. To use ALL the services we provide you must register and create a user account.
What type of payment does Lincoln offer?
There are several ways to pay: Lincoln lets customers use their checking or savings account to set up an Automatic Bank Draft (ABD) transaction. On the due date, ABD will withdraw funds from the customer’s bank account. The deal will happen on the first of every month, or the next business day if the first is a holiday or weekend.

Lincoln offers water, sewer, and garbage services to all residents within the city limits. We are closed on city holidays. The services are billed on a monthly basis. All three services are charged for on the same bill, which is sent out every month between the 8th and 12th.
