Paying Your Water Bill With the City of Mesquite

Paying your water bill to the City of Mesquite is easy and convenient with the various payment options available, The City recently upgraded to a more secure and user-friendly online payment system to make paying bills fast and simple for customers

Online Payments

Online is the best way to pay your Mesquite water bill. The payment can be made one time or set up to be made automatically every month.

• Click on the link that says “Pay Your Bill Online” on the City’s website. This will take you to the payment page.

• Online payments can be made with Visa, Mastercard Discover, American Express, eCheck, Apple Pay PayPal, Google Pay, and Venmo.

• Amounts paid before 7 PM will be added to your account the following business day. Payments after 7 PM will post within 48 hours.

• Also, you can set up auto-pay to have your bill paid for you every month. This ensures your payment is always on time.

Pay by Phone

Call 972-216-6208 and select option 1 to pay your water bill over the phone. You’ll need to enter your account number and can then pay with a checking account or credit card. You can also check your current account balance.

Pay in Person

Visit Mesquite City Hall at 757 N. Galloway Ave during normal business hours to pay your bill in person with cash, check, money order or credit card. There is also a secure drop box located at the City Hall parking lot entrance to drop off check or money order payments.

Retail Payments

You can pay your water bill with cash at local retail stores like Kroger, CVS, Dollar General and Walmart. Simply go to the City’s payment portal, select “Cash” as the payment, enter your zip code and you’ll get a barcode. Bring the barcode to the retail location to scan and pay.

Walmart Bill Pay

Head to any Walmart MoneyCenter or Customer Service Desk and use the Walmart Bill Pay service to pay your Mesquite water bill with cash or debit card. Ask the associate to process it with same-day service.

Fidelity Express

Fidelity Express payment locations can also accept in-person payments for your City of Mesquite water bill. Find a nearby location on the City’s website.
