At the Billing Counter: Payments can be made at the Utility Billing counter in City Hall during business hours – Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm. Cash, check, money order, and credit/debit cards are accepted.

Drive-Thru Window: For added convenience, a drive-thru window is available on the east side of City Hall. The drive-thru is open Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm for bill payments.

Night Drop Box: A drop box is located in the drive-thru lane and can be used to leave bill payments 24 hours a day. Payments left in the night drop will be processed the following business day.
When paying in person, be sure to have your current bill or account number. Receipts are provided with in-person payments.
Avoid Late Fees
Utility bills in Okmulgee are due by the 15th of each month. After the 15th, a 15% late fee is applied. By the 20th, a $30 fee is added for any unpaid balance, and service is disconnected the next day if the bill remains unpaid.
