Pay In Person
To pay your utility bill in person with cash, check or money order, visit the Utility Billing office at 801 W. San Mateo Road in Santa Fe.
The office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, excluding holidays. You can get assistance from customer service staff when paying in person.
An after hours drop box is also located in the parking lot for your convenience. Payments left in the drop box by 4:30 PM each day will be processed same-day.

Recurring Auto-Pay
For hands-free utility bill payment, enroll in the City’s auto-pay program for automatic monthly payments. This deducts your bill amount directly from your checking account or credit card each month.
Download the auto-pay form online and submit with your account details. You can also set up direct debit payments through your own bank. Just allow 10 days for processing.
Third Party Bill Pay
