City Utility Billing Rates and Procedures Residents are billed for City services the first day of every month. These services include: water, sewer, stormwater and, in this same bill, refuse collection (trash and recycling pickup). Customers have unitl the 15th of each month to pay the bill before a penalty is applied. Payment is accepted by mail, inside City Hall, at the City’s drop box located next to the communications tower behind the City Building and now, online (scroll below for details).
Usage-rate billing (usage rate, billed 4 times/year): Water $1.75 per 1,000 gallons of usage. Sewer $2.20 per 1,000 gallons of usage. (Refuse and storm rates are the same as above)
