1. Go to cppez-payio and click on “Access Your Profile” or “Register” if you’re a new user,

2. Log in with your account credentials or sign up for a new account if needed

3. Select “Make Payment” and enter your payment details including payment method, amount, etc.

4. Review your payment details and submit.

That’s it! With online bill pay, you can pay immediately or even set up automatic recurring payments. Your account will be credited instantly.

I love paying my CPP bill online because it’s fast, secure, and I never have to worry about late fees. I just log in, schedule my payment, and I’m done in less than 5 minutes.

One tip: If your balance is over 30 days past due, give CPP a call at 216-664-4600 after you pay online. Let them know you just made a payment to prevent disconnection.

Make sure to allow 5 business days for your mailed payment to process. I don’t recommend mailing cash – send a check or money order for security.

For in-person CPP bill payment, you can visit the CPP Customer Care Center at:

The center is open Monday-Friday from 7:30am to 5:30pm. You can pay by cash, check, money order, or credit/debit card. Payments are processed instantly.

I suggest paying in person if you need same-day payment confirmation or enjoy the personalized service. But otherwise, the online and phone options are faster and more convenient than driving to the customer center.
