Visit billpay.coastalemc.com/onlineportal and click “Register” in the top right corner. Provide your account number last name or business name and email address. Create a username and password.
You can also download the Coastal EMC mobile app for Apple or Android and register through the app. The app provides the same account management functions as the web portal.
Once your account is set up, you can log in anytime to:
