How To Pay Your Commerce Credit Card Bill Online

Enroll in Commerce Online Banking

Before you can pay your Commerce credit card bill online, you first need to enroll in Commerce Online Banking. This gives you 24/7 digital access to all your Commerce accounts.

To sign up, go to CommerceBank.com and click “Log In” at the top right. Select “Online Banking” then click “Enroll Now”.

You’ll need to provide some personal info like your name, address, date of birth, and Social Security number. Create a username and password. Agree to the terms and conditions.

Once your identity is verified, your Online Banking account will be activated. You can then log in anytime to access your Commerce credit cards, bank accounts, and more.

Get Your Commerce Credit Card Account Number

To pay your credit card bill online, you’ll need your Commerce credit card account number. This 16-digit number is printed on the front of your card.

If you don’t have your card handy, no problem. Once you log into Online Banking, your account number will be displayed when you select your credit card account.

You can also find the number on your paper credit card statement or by calling Commerce Cardmember Service at 1-800-645-2103.

Access Your Commerce Credit Card Account

1. Click on “Credit Cards” in the top menu.

2. Select the Commerce credit card account you want to manage.

Schedule Recurring Card Payments

The easiest way to pay your credit card bill is to set up automatic recurring payments. This way the payment amount is deducted from your checking account every month on the due date.

To schedule recurring payments:

1. Click on “Statements” then toggle Recurring Payments to ON.

2. Select the account you want payments deducted from.

3. Choose the date you want payments to be deducted every month.

Pay Your Bill Manually

You can also log in and pay your credit card bill manually each month. Under the Statements tab, click “Pay Now” for the current balance.

The payment will usually process in 1-2 business days. Make sure to pay a few days before your due date, so the payment posts on time.

Go to Account Services and click “Point History” or “Cash Back Redemption” to see your available rewards balance. Then redeem your points for statement credits, gift cards, merchandise, and more!

Dispute Transactions

If you spot an incorrect or fraudulent charge on your Commerce credit card, you can dispute it through Online Banking.

Click on the transaction, then Report Dispute. Select the dispute reason and provide any additional details. Commerce will investigate and resolve the dispute for you. Much easier than calling customer service!

Change Your Payment Due Date

If your current credit card due date doesn’t work with your schedule, you may be able to change it.

Under Account Services, click “Change Statement Date”. Choose a new due date at least 10 days out. Your request will be processed at the end of your current billing cycle.
