It was a pretty simple interview over Zoom and they asked behavioral interview questions. For example, what you would do in specific situations. The interviewers were very friendly and welcoming.

Just applied for the cope health scholars program and got invited to an interview. Just curious if anyone who already went through the interview process could give me some examples of the questions they asked.
For over 16 years, COPE Health Scholars has offered students an unparalleled opportunity to experience health care first hand through hands-on patient care experience. In partnership with UCLA Fielding School of Public Health, we offer a number of programs throughout the year for students interested in pursuing a career in health care. Requirements to apply are as listed: 1) 18 years or older 2) Enrolled in or graduated from an accredited college or university (2-year or 4-year) 3) Active health insurance 4) Pass a background check 5) Tuition of $225, $20 Application Fee ———————————– Applicants will apply online and complete short answer responses. If approved, applicants will be invited to a group interview. If accepted, applicants will have three training days on Sunday. On the final day, applicants must pass a practical and multiple choice exam with at least an 80%. To graduate from the program, Health Scholars must complete 280 hours which can be completed with the one 4-hour shift per week requirement for 15 months. The pace of completion can be altered through various options offered at different costs. Upon graduation, Health Scholars will receive a certificate from UCLA Fielding School of Public Health.
