In an effort to reduce costs and make the benefit billing process more efficient, CPS will move to paperless billing in September 2024.
Active CPS employees will receive an email to your CPS email address with the billing statement attached as well as a link to view all your paperless billing statements. In order to use the link to view these statements you must be logged into the VPN https://www. cps. edu/about/remote-access/ or on a CPS network. You will be able to click that link and view your billing statement at any time. If you choose to request a different email address, other than your CPS email address, please send an email to bbcps@cps. edu from the email address requesting the new email address be used for benefit billing statements. Please use Update Benefit Billing Email Address as the subject of this email.
Terminated employees will continue to receive billing statements by USPS. In order to begin to receive statements by email, please send an email to bbcps@cps. edu from the email address requesting the new email address be used for benefit billing statements. Please use Update Benefit Billing Email Address as the subject of this email.
The payment methods will remain the same, with the preferred payments going through ePay. Here is a link to the ePay portal or go to cps. edu/staff/ scroll down to Employee Benefits and the ePay page is the second link in that section.
At any time you may log into ePay and pay a portion or all of your benefit bill. ePay is updated daily so it has the most current billing amount owed.
