First they took me and the other 5 that were interviewing at that specific time inside the plant to a demo with valves and pumps questioned each 1 at a time how valves were lined up, if they were open or closed,which was suction and discharge things of that nature then they brought us back to the front and you went into a room with 6 people and they asked behavioral based questions 1 at a time and wrote down notes of what you said it was laid back no rush on the answer but still professional and to the point. They said it would be a week or two before I got a offer so waiting to hear back but I feel confident about my interview.
