How often do you get a bill from Eon?
If you pay a set amount by Direct Debit, we’ll send you a rough bill if it’s been three months since we got a reading from your meter. You can pay your bill when you get it, but if you don’t send us a meter reading every month, we’ll send you an estimate of your bill.
What does CR mean on bill?
Account activity Where you see CR, that means credit. This is either payments you’ve made towards your account or if your account balance is in credit.
What does it mean to be in credit with Eon?
If you use direct debit to pay your energy bill, you may be “in credit” with your provider, which means they owe you money. A rough guess of how much energy your provider thinks you’ll use over the course of the year goes into the amount you pay each month.
What do I need to know before paying my electricity bill?
