There were 2 interviews. The first interview was a panel interview with a hiring manager and coworker. They will ask you questions on interest background and work ethics. The second interview was with the director at the office.

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at US Forest Service

fast paced, lots of multiple part questions. Remote interview that was part of screening many candidates in a short period of time. They were asking tricky questions to weed out people fast.

Interview
25 min zoom call, very easy questions and panel of current FS supervisors. Had some time for my own questions at end. Overall very mellow and didn’t seem long enough to get an idea of the position. Very slow hiring process. The background check process is incredibly poorly communicated.
