If youre interviewing for a high-level position, this is a question that you might get asked. But if not, then you need to bring it up.
Ninety days is the typical probationary period when a company determines whether hiring you was the right decision. Being ready and knowing exactly what is expected of you is important. Also, make sure that your experience and skills make you a good fit for the job.
And don’t worry if the challenges sound too hard. As a new employee (and especially in the beginning), you won’t be judged on how much you know. You have to be ready to learn and do what it takes to get the job if you really want it.
