It is important to recognize and celebrate the accomplishments of staff members and give them chances to grow professionally, in my opinion. “.
4. Describe a time when you had to make a difficult decision as a supervisor. How did you make your decision and what was the outcome?

Example: “One time, I had to make a difficult decision about whether or not to terminate a staff member who was not performing their job duties adequately.
