Once amount is entered, review the payment details carefully on the checkout screen. Verify that the account, method, and amount are all correct.
If everything looks good, check the box to authorize payment and complete the transaction.

Propane Gas Levelized Billing Policy
Levelized Billing allows the customers the benefit of paying a more consistent bill amount throughout the year. The monthly levelized bills will generally be higher than the actual usage bill in the summer periods and lower than the actual usage bill in the winter periods. The monthly bill amount will also vary by a modest amount each month because the program recalculates the levelized amount. Levelized Billing will only reconcile if a request from the customer to be removed from the program or if gas service if terminated. Sign up for Levelized Billing Program may be done at any time during the year.
Requirements:
- Residential and small commercial customers only. Homeowners only.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) customers are not eligible
- Customer must have a history of gas service for 12 months at the same service address
- Customer’s account must have a Credit Rating of Excellent, Good or Normal
- Customer’s account must start with a zero balance
- Penalty would apply to levelized amount
If customer fails to pay, service will be discontinued in accordance with the Rules and Regulations of Greater Dickson Gas Authority.
If service is discontinued for nonpayment, customer would have to establish one (1) year of continuous service with a pay rating of Excellent, Good or Normal to reapply for Levelized Billing.
Upon discontinuation of the program, either by the customer or Greater Dickson Gas Authority, customer will be required to pay any past due amounts or amounts owed in arrears at that time.
Payment Locations:

The Senior Net program is designed for senior customers who receive a retirement, disability, or survivor’s benefit from social security, or a Veterans Administration Pension, and they receive their monthly income too late to avoid paying the larger gross amount of their bill. To qualify you must be a residential customer and have a satisfactory pay rating and receive your monthly income too late to avoid paying the gross amount of your bill. Also, you must complete a Senior Net Program Application certifying the fixed income is needed to pay your monthly gas bill. Once your application is approved, you will be allowed to pay the net amount of your bill if you must pay after the due date. However, this program does not prevent disconnection of service if you do not pay your bill monthly.
