The company reached out to schedule an interview based on my “impressive” background. I replied with a availability for the next week and heard nothing back for several days. Three days later I received a no-reply email that the company decided not to proceed with my candidacy for this position. ??!! Maybe they were already far along in the process with someone else, decided to cancel the position, or thought bout it some more and decided to pass. Regardless, it’s a head-scratcher. The only positive to this experience is that at least the company didn’t ghost on the rejection.

The entire process was both professional and personal. I went through 3 rounds and everyone had excellent questions and input. Throughout the entire process I was kept up to date. Even though I did not get the position, I have nothing but positives to say about the Inovalon team.

The interview process at Inovalon is fairly laid back. It starts with a one on one with the HR contact, then progresses to speak with the hiring manager who you would be reporting to. From there it progressed to speaking with two peers and then finally interviewing with another director in the department. In total it was four interviews of 45-60 minutes each.
