Interviews for Top Jobs at Porter

Program Manager Interview

Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Porter (Jaipur, Rajasthan) in Jul 2022

Interview

Very unprofessional and unstructured. I had to go through four rounds of interview with last being culture fit and thereby receiving a confirmation from HR that I have made the cut , I was again asked to go through another round after 10 days with no reason whatsoever. After every round I had to follow up multiple times with the recruiting manager to get my subsequent interviews scheduled. At the end of the process they contradicted by saying that I have not been selected (due to some policies) and that Porter doesn’t have enough budget. Initially I was told that budget wasn’t a constraint. This was a sheer waste of time for me. The entire process wasted my two months. I would highly recommend to clarify everything before starting an interview process with Porter as it seems they are not serious about the hiring. A big thumbs down to the recruitment team.
