  • Pay Now: Make quick one-time payments through KIUC’s website using a credit/debit card.

  • Pay-by-Phone: Call KIUC’s automated phone system to pay over the phone with a card.

  • Automatic Bill Pay: Sign up to have payments automatically debited from your bank account each month.

  • Paperless eBilling: Receive bills electronically instead of by mail.

  • Payment Kiosk: Pay by cash or check at the self-service kiosk outside KIUC’s Lihue office.

To create a SmartHub account:

  1. Go to www.kiuc.coophub.com

  2. Click “New User”

  3. Enter your KIUC account number and last name

  4. Create username and password

  5. Add your contact information

  6. Accept the terms and verify your email

Paying Your KIUC Bill Through SmartHub

To pay your bill through SmartHub, first login to your account. Your dashboard will show your current balance due and due date.

To make a one-time payment:

  1. Click “Pay Now”

  2. Select payment amount

  3. Enter credit/debit card or bank account info

  4. Review payment details

  5. Click “Submit Payment”

To set up autopay:

  1. Go to “Auto Pay Program” under “My Profile”

  2. Enter payment method details

  3. Select payment date

  4. Click “Save”

SmartHub will now automatically pay your bill each month!

One-Time Payments Through Pay Now

Don’t want to create an account? KIUC’s Pay Now system allows you to make one-time payments as a guest.

Simply go to www.kiuc.coop/pay-now and enter your KIUC account number and exact account balance. Select your payment method and submit payment.

Just note Pay Now has a $3.95 card transaction fee and doesn’t allow setting up autopay or accessing account history.

Pay-By-Phone with KIUC’s Automated System

You can also pay your KIUC bill over the phone using KIUC’s automated pay-by-phone system.

Call 808-246-4300 and press 2 to access the payment system. It will guide you through entering your account number and paying by credit/debit card.

There is a $3.95 fee per transaction for paying by phone.

Enrolling in Automatic Bill Pay

For hands-free bill payment, enroll in KIUC’s Automatic Bill Pay program. This automatically debits your checking/savings account each month to pay your bill.

To sign up for automatic payments:

  3. Email, mail, or drop off the form at KIUC’s office

You can cancel or change automatic bill pay anytime by submitting a stop payment form.

To go paperless:
