Paying your water bill is a necessary chore, but it doesn’t have to be a hassle. The Killeen Water Department has made paying your bill quick and convenient through their online payment system. To apply for a new account, you must complete a Residential Service Request and return it to our office in person or by email with the required documents. For same day service request must be made by 12 p.m. After Hours service is available for an additional fee.
