To enroll in automatic bank draft, print and complete the bank draft form available on the LMWD website. Be sure to include a voided check when submitting the form to LMWD. There is no charge to enroll in bank draft payments.

Pay by Phone

LMWD offers a pay-by-phone option that allows you to make quick water bill payments using the interactive voice response (IVR) system,

To pay by phone, simply call the LMWD billing department at 956-943-2626 and select the “Pay by Phone” option. The automated system will guide you through the process of entering your account number and credit card details to make a payment.

Pay by Mail

If you prefer, you can mail your water bill payment to LMWD each month. Use the pre-addressed payment stub included with your paper bill and enclose a check or money order. Be sure to mail your payment at least 5-7 days before the due date to ensure it arrives on time.

For in-person bill payment, visit the LMWD office located at 105 Port Road, Port Isabel, TX. The office is open Monday-Friday from 8AM to 5PM, excluding holidays.

At the LMWD office, you can pay by cash, check, credit/debit card, or money order. After hours, a convenient night drop box is available for dropping off check or money order payments.
