Call the LBWL automated phone payment system at (517) 702-7001 any time of day to make a payment by phone. You’ll need your 8-digit LBWL account number and billing zip code to access your account.

Payments can be made using your checking/savings account, or credit/debit card. Phone payments are applied to your account immediately with no convenience fees.
