Lifecare is a participating provider with Medicaid and we accept all programs, including Buckeye Health Plan, CareSource, Molina Healthcare, United Healthcare, and Paramount Health Care.

Lifecare is a participating provider with Medicare. We will bill Medicare for all of your covered charges and bill any secondary insurance plan you may have.

Lifecare accepts most private insurance plans. Call Lifecare at 330-454-2000 for any questions you may have about your healthcare plan.
