I was told at the personal interview that I would be required to lift 100 pounds. This was not mentioned previously, or I wouldn’t have applied. Is this true everywhere, or just my plant? (New driver applicant)

I recently got a call from Medline and did a phone Interview then was asked to come in for the assessment test and if I passed I got to move forward to the interview. I passed the assessment and did the interview, I was then asked to come in again for another person to person interview with the hiring manager that makes the decision. Is this a good thing? Does this mean I have a pretty high chance of getting the job?
It does, yeah. But you’re about to sacrifice your entire social life for $15 an hour and it pays well but the cost is far too much.
What tips or advice would you give to someone interviewing at Medline Industries?
If they ask you what type of paid you’re looking for speak up. Also ask all your questions in your interview as far as how does the pay scale work.

The Wonderlic Cognitive Ability Test
The Wonderlic Personnel Test(cognitive ability)consists of two versions – the Quicktest (WPT-Q) and the Personnel Test (WPT-R).
This Wonderlic test is designed to assess an applicants ability to learn, adapt, solve problems, and understand instructions. It measures your verbal and math skills through questions that test vocabulary and grammar skills, sentence structuring, number series, and complex mathematical word problems.
The Wonderlic Personnel Test-Revised, also known as the Contemporary Cognitive Ability Test, consists of 50 questions and must be completed within 12 minutes. In order to answer all the questions within the time limit, it is imperative that you hone your analytical skills, quick response times, and decision-making skills.
The Wonderlic Personnel Quicktest (WPT-Q), also known as the Wonderlic Pretest, is the shortened version of the Wonderlic Personnel Test-R (WPT-R). This condensed version is comprised of 30 questions which are to be completed within 8 minutes.
